Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Philadelphia is seeking an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards and perform structural repairs, with safety and teamwork at the core. You will work on outdoor structures, document progress, and support a fast-paced installation crew.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10 training; candidates with CDL/Crane/Rigging certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• Preferred certifications depending on location need: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and advert placements.
• Perform repairs to structures, lighting, and sign faces.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
