Job summary

Lamar Outdoor of Pittsburgh is seeking an Installer to join the on-site Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on installing and maintaining billboards and ensuring safety.

You’ll work with vinyl ads, climbing and using tools, with the tallest structure reaching around 200 feet. The position offers training, competitive hourly pay of $20–$21, a $2,000 retention bonus, 120 hours of PTO, paid holidays, health options, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards.
• Build and install extensions and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use power/manual tools following safety rules.
• Attend safety meetings as required.
• Maintain operation vehicles and tools.
