The National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Case Manager I for La Jornada in Lawrenceville, GA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or other social service field.
• One year experience preferred working with children and adolescents.
• Must demonstrate a sincere commitment to service and advocacy for youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure case management assessments are completed within timeframes.
• Conduct on-site admission and initial intake interviews of youth.
• Document all actions taken and contacts with youth in progress notes.
