You will implement direct care services, maintain safe environments, and collaborate with staff to promote education and life skills, while participating in daily meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual: fluent in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, supportive relationships with UAC and staff.
• Ensure proper resident-to-staff ratio at all times.
• Document all required information accurately and timely.
• Provide direct care, supervision and safety for children in care.
• Facilitate educational, recreational and spiritual activities.
• Lead and participate in daily community meetings with UAC.
• Teach life skills, problem-solving and money management.
