Job summary

Olgcstx is seeking a Youth Care Worker to supervise and care for unaccompanied children in a residential setting. You will ensure safety and well-being while delivering trauma-informed care and meeting each child’s physical, emotional, educational, and recreational needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field; or a high school diploma plus one year of child welfare experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must, with travel up to 10% locally and overnight.
