Zusammenfassung

Everstand is seeking a Youth Care Professional to provide 24/7 supervision in a trauma-informed setting and support youth toward safety and growth. You will work with clinical and education teams to implement individual care plans and maintain professional boundaries while safeguarding youth wellbeing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related fields.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required with minimum 1 year in child welfare field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field preferred for advanced level.

Aufgaben

• Provide 24/7 supervision in a trauma-informed environment and follow individualized care plans.
• Support youth with daily living needs, routines, hygiene, meals, and independence.
• Lead activities to develop social skills and life skills; respond to behavioral escalations using TCI techniques.
• Administer medications when certified and transport youth to appointments as needed.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports and medication records; maintain confidential communications.
