Job summary

Everstand seeks compassionate Youth Care Professionals to provide 24/7 direct care in a trauma-informed residential setting, supporting youth safety, daily routines, and healthy relationships. You will collaborate with clinical, education, and medical teams to foster healing and growth.

Requirements include a HS diploma (Level I) or a bachelor's degree in a human-services field (Level II). A valid driver’s license and background checks are required, with CRT/First Aid-CPR certifications pursued

Qualifications

• 1 year of child welfare or similar youth-focused experience.
• Level I requires a high school diploma or GED; Level II requires a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 line-of-sight/sound or enhanced supervision per clinical guidance.
• Ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment aligned with trauma-informed practices.
• Assist youth with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, and meals.
• Implement structured milieu routines and individualized care plans with PBIS alignment.
