Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; preferred AA degree or two years of college in human services, psychology, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 1 year of related experience; 2+ years preferred in human services, behavioral health, or residential treatment.
• Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines for the position.
• Document incidents, daily progress, and activities accurately and timely per agency policies.
• Implement crisis intervention and treatment programs for individuals served.
• Assist with orientation of new children and staff.
• Provide input into development of treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; uphold safety protocols.
