Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training including crisis intervention required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing/contract standards.
• Participate in workshops and professional development activities.
• Maintain weekly contacts with children and families.
• Document progress toward risk reduction and service goals.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Occasionally travel between locations within the office region.
