Rite of Passage is hiring an ORR Youth Care Worker (English/Spanish) at Rite of Passage, Sycamore Academy in Oracle, AZ. The role supports students' physical, personal, and health needs through individual counseling and skill development while collaborating with staff on treatment plans.

Onsite housing, meals, transportation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a wage of $23.74 per hour. Work schedule aligns with program needs; background checks and licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish assessment required.
• Minimum 1 year employment in the child welfare field.
• State Driver's License with clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Criminal background clearance, drug screen, TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide for the physical, personal, and health needs of students through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities; assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with professional staff to support each student’s treatment plan; perform paraprofessional duties and report to a supervisor.
• Support program operations under supervision of a Group Leader or Senior Coach Counselor.
