Job summary

Rite of Passage Team is hiring an ORR Trainer (English/Spanish) at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona. The trainer will ensure ORR policies are taught to staff and that all direct care and leadership staff stay informed and trained as policy changes occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of related experience.
• Instructor certifications in CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics and JIREH certified (if required).
• Familiar with ROP and ORR procedures, policies, and program implementation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance checks, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• ORR Trainer will ensure ORR policies are taught to staff and that direct care and leadership staff are informed of policy changes.
• Audit staff records, processes and deliverables to identify training needs and ensure compliance with ORR policies.
• Report to the Assistant Program Director or Program Manager with supervision depending on ORR program.
