Qualifications

• Must read, speak and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Supervisory/leadership experience a plus.
• Experience in sales, HR, or service industry recommended.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Willingness to travel to various locations and client sites; reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Sales-minded, customer-focused and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Fulfill client orders and recruit, interview, and follow up with candidates.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary staff and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to grow branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales to develop new partnerships.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Manage marketing programs for calls, mail, demos and PR.
• Nurture partnerships with strong customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary associates; coach and counsel them.
