Surge Staffing in Winchester, VA is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist / Recruiter (English/Spanish) for an entry-level sales and customer service role. You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, and deliver bilingual client service to customers and temporary staff.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in both languages, is motivated, organized, and ready to develop a career in staffing and workforce solutions within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication in bilingual context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking.
