Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of a large Manufacturing Plant.
• Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Perform employee check-ins at the start of shifts and track attendance.
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development for employees.
• Address and report safety concerns/injuries promptly.
• Ensure safety, production, and compliance across the site.
• Answer inquiries from clients and employees.
• Mediate on-site conflicts.
• Assist in payroll processing for a large number of employees.
• Conduct frequent walk-throughs to meet production needs.
• Recruit and onboard associates as needed.
