Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Orientation Specialist (English/Spanish) for a fully remote role. You will lead virtual orientations, deliver training materials, answer questions, and help new caregivers start confidently using Microsoft Teams.

This position requires fluent English and Spanish, strong public speaking, and comfort with technology. You will manage multiple systems, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a welcoming onboarding

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to present clearly.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and basic software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual new-hire orientations in English and Spanish using Microsoft Teams.
• Present training materials clearly and professionally.
• Engage participants and manage group discussions.
• Help caregivers navigate onboarding.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate multiple systems while handling high-volume workload.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.
