CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Work Life Consultant for a fully remote, full-time role. The position involves telephonic intakes, coordinating resources, and researching services to support employee wellbeing across a large client base.

The ideal candidate has a background in psychology/social work or a related helping field, strong communication, and experience with community-based programs.

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred; ability to speak, read and write in both languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering resource referrals and guidance to participants.
• Familiarity with community or state-based programs and resources.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to conduct targeted research and locate relevant services.

Mansioni

• Complete telephonic intakes and gather demographic information.
• Assess participant needs through targeted questioning and guidance.
• Provide consultation and referrals to community resources.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct targeted research and vet service providers.
• Develop grammatically correct cover letters and fulfillment materials.
• Participate in additional departmental tasks as needed.
