Job summary

Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales, service, and customer experience at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, drive performance across all store levels, and manage daily operations and inventory while upholding brand standards and delivering outstanding results to our customers.

The role requires a proven track record in retail sales management, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and the capacity to train staff, schedule shifts, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff trained on new products and promotions.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.
