Qualifikationen

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience with commission-based sales.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with a computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes of home store.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
