Job summary

Cricket Wireless is seeking a Mobilelink Retail Store Manager in Victoria, TX to lead sales, service and customer experience in-store. You will manage a team, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, educating on compensation plans, launching new products, scheduling, training, and safeguarding assets. This role offers unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits, with base + commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to inspire, engage, and motivate success.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with the District Manager.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist Human Resources and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
• Ensure back-office compliance and proper documentation.
