Mobilelink USA in Texas is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and drive performance in a high-volume Cricket Wireless store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Proficient PC, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to inspire performance and engagement.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop store personnel.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete required training.
