Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Webster, TX. You will deliver tailored wireless solutions and exceptional service to customers, supporting store operations and driving sales performance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, reliable transportation, and availability to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Excellent customer service attitude and professional demeanor.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individual or business requirements.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• May participate in outside sales events or community activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
