Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Houston, TX. You will serve customers by offering tailored solutions and representing Cricket with professionalism.

Training and tools are provided. The role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions and a clear path to leadership. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to work at least 32 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus payments.
• Participate in outside events or promotions as required by the role.
