Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Houston is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional service, understand customer needs, and build value with tailored solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand, support store operations, and strive to meet sales goals. Must be bilingual EN/ES, 32 hours/week minimum, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays in multiple district locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work minimum 32 hours/week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by presenting thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
