Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Child Abuse, PA Criminal Record & FBI Clearances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly.
• Constant standing, bending, and light physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Explain program purpose and WIC rules to applicants.
• Verify identification, residency, and income eligibility.
• Record hematological and anthropometric measurements.
• Provide nutrition and breastfeeding education per policy.
• Explain food instruments and E-WIC card procedures.
• Make referrals to clients as needed.
• Attend regular training sessions and updates.
