Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey’s CFHI program is seeking a WIC Program Generalist - Part Time to support the WIC certification workflow and ensure eligible participants receive food benefits. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong customer service, and comfort working in a busy clinic environment across multiple community locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules WIC appointments.
• Obtains, verifies and documents participant information.
• Obtains anthropometric measurements and blood work for participants.
• Maintains inventory logs for blood work, bloodwork controls and cuvettes.
• Distributes WIC checks.
• Adheres to infection control and safety policies.
• Performs other similar duties as assigned.
