Project Open Hand in San Francisco seeks a motivated Bilingual Wellness Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure high-quality service delivery for the Wellness Program. The role blends administrative duties with direct client services, including eligibility processing and contract management.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience providing direct services in a social service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, using databases and internet research.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Cantonese, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day wellness program operations and supervision of staff/volunteers.
• Assist with interviewing and screening of new staff and performance evaluations.
• Monitor client and staff incidents; document and report to supervisor as needed.
• Coordinate weekly case management meetings and maintain policy/procedure updates.
• Manage contracts and ensure deliverables; support invoicing and visits as needed.
• Provide client-centered case management and referrals to services.
