Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Front desk or healthcare admin experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and co-pay collection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update intake forms.
• Coordinate with chiropractors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence.
• Front desk team member will be trained as a Chiropractic Assistant.
