Sage Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a regional water wholesaler and retailer in the Antelope Valley area. The role requires dedication, reliability, and 1–2 years of prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities include handling payments, account inquiries, and data entry in the agency’s system. The candidate will respond to customer questions, process applications for service, and maintain accurate records.

• Serve as counter/phone representative, accepting service applications and updating accounts.

• Process payments, deposits, and post data in the computerized system.
• Balance cash receipts and reconcile reports; adjust accounts as needed.
• Enter new service accounts and review supporting documents.
• Handle move in/out requests and deposit refunds; process account closures.
• Respond to emails and support rate/assistance applications.
• Perform general clerical duties including typing, scanning, and filing.
