Job summary

Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Mountain Top, PA area. The role oversees staff engaged in receiving, transporting, stocking, order filling, and shipping, with emphasis on safety, FIFO product rotation, and on-time departures.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years in warehouse operations, with 2 years in supervision or 4 years as a lead in manufacturing. Bilingual in English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations required.
• Preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
• With 2 years in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training of new employees in company policies, safety, trailer loading, warehouse organization, date coding, and AIB training.
• Ensure accuracy of daily shipping operations, scheduling, and receiving product.
• Coordinate with purchasing to pickup product from vendors or interplant transfers.
• Issue P.O.s for needed items and monitor cooler charts for irregularities.
