Job summary

Wood Fruitticher Grocery Co is seeking a bilingual Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night shift, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely loading, and safe operations. You will coach a team of pullers, loaders, and forklift operators under the Night Warehouse Manager’s direction.

Responsibility includes training in both English and Spanish, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with peers to keep the shift efficient and compliant. Eligibility requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, professional-level fluency.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse employees in your assigned area (pullers, loaders, forklift operators).
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and products are loaded on time for distribution.
• Oversee and verify inventory replenishment by forklift operators.
• Train and retrain employees in English and Spanish to uphold productivity and safety standards.
• Monitor the facility for safety concerns and address issues promptly.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with the Night Warehouse Manager and other supervisors to keep the shift running smoothly.
