Job summary

LOGISTICS INSIGHT CORP. in Greer, SC is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume facility serving BMW.

You will oversee supervisors, team leaders, and hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the shift. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with 3-7 years of leadership in warehousing or logistics, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required to lead a largely Spanish-speaking workforce.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3–7 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.
• Experience managing supervisors, leads, and hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and hourly employees within a fast-paced warehouse operation.
• Manage daily operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations are met.
• Monitor labor, productivity, inventory, and key performance metrics to drive operational success.
• Coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards.
• Partner with customers and senior leadership to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports related to labor, productivity, quality, and inventory performance.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands-on leadership to support day-to-day operations.
