The role requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, OSHA certification, and supervisory experience in distribution/maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 10 Hour OSHA general industry certification required.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure safety training and proper PPE usage.
• Plan labor and budgets; optimize costs.
• Coordinate shifts and daily schedules across 3 shifts.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and incident reporting.
