Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead operations, train staff, and ensure safety across all shifts. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, strong leadership, and cost-conscious management in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with full-time benefits for 30+ hours per week. Candidates should be proficient in English and Spanish and hold OSHA certifications relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10 certification required for general industry.
• forklift/scissor lift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations across 3 shifts with supervision of personnel.
• Train staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Monitor budget, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and performance feedback.
