Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead the janitorial team in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will manage daily operations, safety programs, and shift coverage while upholding company policies and quality standards.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual ability, OSHA certification, and leadership experience in facilities or janitorial operations. Starting pay is $18 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• Excellent communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations and budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of cleaning operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all staff and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and implement staff development.
