Capstone Logistics is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer service. The role requires at least 3 years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation and involves budgeting, scheduling, hiring, and training of warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proven supervision experience including Hiring, Training, and Termination.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate daily with associates on service levels and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues.
• Schedule shifts and interview/hire/train new associates.
• Oversee data entry and payroll records; daily closeouts.
