Capstone Logistics, LLC in Scranton, SC is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage shifts, supervise staff, handle budgeting, banking, payroll records, and reporting, and partner with corporate to optimize performance. The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in distribution/transportation and a proven track record of coaching frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/leadership experience in industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Oversee daily bank deposits and payroll records.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and manage budgets.
• Schedule shifts and interview/hire/train new associates.
• Oversee data entry and daily closeout procedures.
