Job summary

Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner seeking a bilingual Warehouse Site Manager. The role requires at least 3 years of escalating management responsibility in distribution/transportation and involves leading the warehouse crew, safety, and daily operations to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, training, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. The role emphasizes a strong service mindset and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service.
• Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and record-keeping.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing and payroll records.
