Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead for our Lebanon, IN facility on 1st shift. You will guide daily warehouse operations and serve as the English/Spanish communication bridge to ensure safety and productivity.

This direct-hire role offers a stable schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with overtime as needed and a robust benefits package. Previous leadership and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations

• Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, and material movement

Bilingual Warehouse Lead Location: Lebanon, IN Pay: Up to $25/hour based on experience Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM + OT as needed

Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a hands‑on leadership role on 1st shift, offering stable hours, overtime opportunities, and a full benefits package.

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations while providing guidance to warehouse associates. This role acts as a key communication link between English‑and Spanish‑speaking employees and helps ensure productivity, safety, and workflow expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations
• Communicate work instructions and safety information in both English and Spanish
• Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, and material movement
