Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Mandarin/English) to support the Logistics Manager with daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and local deliveries. The Lead will oversee a Warehouse Assistant and will be trained on forklift operation as needed.

The role requires Mandarin-English bilingual communication and OSHA 30 certification, with flexibility for peak season schedules and overtime. Local deliveries are part of the duties in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-English bilingual required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling preferred.
• Valid driver's license and comfortable operating a company delivery vehicle.
• Forklift experience preferred but training can be provided.
• Strong organization and inventory-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Manager with daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Prepare materials and shipments for outgoing delivery.
• Operate a company 3-ton delivery vehicle / box-truck-style vehicle for local deliveries as needed.
• Assist with warehouse organization, material storage, and inventory control.
• Help oversee and coordinate the work of one Warehouse Assistant.
• Communicate with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and suppliers in both Mandarin and English.
• Follow OSHA, warehouse, and company safety procedures.
• Learn and safely operate a forklift after company training.

• Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when the Logistics Manager is unavailable.
