Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a reliable Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate (English and Spanish) to support daily warehouse operations in Las Vegas. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, preparing pallets for shipment, and conducting quality control inspections.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
• Inspect products and shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks and report damaged or incorrect materials.
• Organize and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as needed.

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active warehouse position. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the workday.
