Job summary

Global Thermoforming Inc is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of materials and finished products within our Arizona facility. The role is hands-on, requiring organization, dependability, safety-mindedness, and forklift operation expertise.

You will handle receiving materials, preparing finished goods for shipment, and coordinating with production and carriers to ensure accurate, safe handling. The position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
• Safety-conscious approach to forklift and material handling.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying Arizona temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials and finished products.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and verify shipment accuracy.
• Prepare large pallets of finished products for shipment.
• Verify counts, weights, labels, and other information against packing lists and invoices.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished products, raw materials, and supplies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures and ISO quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, internal departments, and carriers to schedule shipments.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Specialist to help manage the flow of materials and finished products throughout our facility.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and experienced with forklift operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will be responsible for keeping our warehouse and material flow running efficiently from receiving incoming materials to preparing finished products for shipment. You will work closely with our production team, internal departments, and transportation carriers to ensure products and materials are handled accurately and safely.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, stay organized, and pay close attention to the details that keep production moving.

What You’ll Do
