Job summary

Pro Resources is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. The role involves preparing shipping paperwork, processing shipments, and coordinating with drivers.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, but bilingual or non-bilingual applicants with solid shipping experience are encouraged to apply. The shift runs 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with overtime on Fridays and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to learn different shipping and inventory software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• LTL freight or truck scheduling experience is a plus.
• Experience shipping to large retail customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping paperwork and documents for outgoing orders.
• Process shipments and enter information into the inventory system.
• Print and distribute pick tickets.
• Enter production receipts and keep inventory records accurate.
• Get freight quotes and coordinate pickups with LTL carriers.
• Schedule trucks and communicate with drivers.
• Assist drivers and customers during pickups.
• Receive finished goods into the shipping department.

Pro Resources is looking for a 2nd Shift Shipping Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN.

We’re looking for someone who has previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience and is comfortable working with computers, paperwork, and drivers throughout the day.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, but we’re also open to candidates who have solid shipping experience and are not bilingual.

Schedule Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM. Overtime as needed on Fridays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing shipping paperwork and documents for outgoing orders
• Processing shipments and entering information into the inventory system
• Printing and distributing pick tickets
• Entering production receipts and keeping inventory records accurate
• Getting freight quotes and coordinating pickups with LTL carriers
• Scheduling trucks and communicating with drivers
• Assisting drivers and customers when they arrive for pickups
• Receiving finished goods into the shipping department
• Helping with other shipping and receiving duties as needed
