CFGC seeks a Part-Time Bilingual Waiting Room Attendant for our Palmdale site. The role focuses on maintaining order in the waiting room, engaging children in positive activities, and ensuring safety during visits.

Responsibilities include supervising play, organizing materials, assisting with check-ins, and guiding clients to therapy rooms as needed. On-site role with hours Mon-Thu 3:00pm-8:00pm. Likely requires English/Spanish bilingual skills and prior experience with children and families.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with children and families in medical/mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral form.
• Maintain confidentiality and build good working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Maintain order in the waiting room and engage children with positives tasks.
• Ensure safety of children and monitor unattended children with staff coordination.
• Organize waiting room materials and coordinate art projects each week.
• Assist with check-ins and escort clients to therapy rooms as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
