Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to support staffing vendor operations for our manufacturing organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between Delta's HR team, manufacturing leadership, and external staffing agency partners to ensure contingent workforce needs are communicated, coordinated, documented, and managed effectively.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administration, onboarding coordination, invoicing, timekeeping

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, staffing operations, or a closely related function.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for effective communication with employees and partners.
• Strong vendor relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact between Delta, manufacturing leadership, HR, and external staffing agencies.
• Manage relationships with approved staffing vendors and ensure consistent communication of workforce requirements and changes.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, onboarding, start dates, and extensions; provide timely feedback on candidates and workers.
