Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a skilled service parts operations specialist to support daily US activities, maintain master data in SAP, and plan replenishments. You will coordinate with Procurement, factories, and project teams, tracking POs, shipments, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring SAP/ERP experience, strong Excel and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, or service parts.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, CRM systems.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service parts master list and data accuracy.
• Maintain material master data in SAP and ensure up-to-date records.
• Review inventory, usage, back orders, safety stock, and MOQ for replenishment planning.
• Submit purchase requests and track open POs through shipment and receipt.
• Track shipment status and mitigate delays, shortages, and supply risks.
• Coordinate expedited shipments to support projects and service needs.
• Monitor inventory availability, RMA backorders, and inbound receiving.
• Coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, and project teams.
• Prepare reports on inventory, backorders, open POs, ETA, receiving status.
• Support inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Position Summary

Support daily US service parts operations, including material master maintenance, SAP setup, replenishment planning, purchasing coordination, PO tracking, shipment follow-up, and inventory monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the service parts master list and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date material master data in SAP.
• Review inventory, usage, back orders, open POs, safety stock, and MOQ to develop replenishment plans and forecasts.
• Submit purchase requests and follow open POs through factory shipment and warehouse receipt.
• Track shipment status and proactively escape delays, shortages, and supply risks.
• Coordinate expedited shipments to support project delivery and service requirements.
• Monitor inventory availability, RMA backorders, and inbound receiving status.
• Coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, commissioning/project teams, Finance, and Sales.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, backorders, open POs, ETA, and receiving status.
• Support inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, or service parts
• SAP, ERP, CRM experience
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

Pay Range

USD $750,000.00 - USD $850,000.00 /Yr.
