Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an ASP Vendor Specialist to administer the Approved Supplier Program, ensure vendor compliance, and manage supplier records and onboarding. The role liaises between internal teams and external suppliers to uphold quality, delivery, cost, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in vendor management and supplier relationship management.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and maintaining supplier documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Approved Supplier Program (ASP) and maintain supplier qualification/approval processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and validate required documentation.
• Review supplier certifications, insurance, quality docs, financial data, and compliance records.
• Coordinate supplier audits and support internal quality audits.
• Track supplier corrective actions and resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain supplier data in ERP or vendor management systems and ensure policy compliance.
