Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an ASP Vendor Specialist to manage the Approved Supplier Program, ensure vendor compliance, and maintain supplier records within ERP.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years in vendor management, procurement, and supplier quality, with ERP experience (SAP/ Oracle). This role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration across Procurement, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, supplier quality, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding and compliance programs.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Approved Supplier Program (ASP) by maintaining supplier qualification and approval processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers, including documentation validation.
• Review supplier certifications, insurance, quality documentation, financial information, and compliance records.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs including quality, on-time delivery, cost performance, responsiveness, and corrective action completion.
• Prepare vendor performance scorecards and executive reporting.
• Maintain accurate supplier information within ERP, procurement, or vendor management systems.
