Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. is seeking a Title Clerk to support accurate, timely, and compliant vehicle title processing for our Phoenix and Tucson operations.

The role involves reviewing titles, supporting documentation, processing sold notices, maintaining title records, and mailing titles to buyers, ensuring compliance with state requirements and internal procedures. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or more years of office experience preferred.
• Vehicle title handling and processing experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, plus attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter title, vehicle, buyer, and transaction data into internal systems to support timely processing and recordkeeping.
• Review titles and supporting docs for completeness and compliance with state requirements.
• Verify sale documentation and process sold notices per procedures and timelines.
• Mail titles to buyers with accurate addresses and tracking.
• Generate and maintain title-related reports to monitor processing status.
• Support internal audits and title file reviews; maintain accurate records.
• Respond to inquiries about title status and requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide a positive post-sale experience by resolving routine questions and escalating complex issues.
• Identify and address title-related issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
