Job summary

Community Action is seeking a Utility Assistance Access Specialist to screen clients for energy programs, manage cross-system applications, and provide timely, compassionate support to households at risk of disconnection.

You will coordinate with internal teams and community partners, process DocuSign files, and maintain confidential records while offering guidance on energy conservation resources.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in office technology and databases.

Responsibilities

• Screen clients for eligibility across LIHEAP, OEAP, OLGA and local programs.
• Manage applications across multiple databases and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth processing.
• Handle DocuSign applications and maintain confidential client records.
