Job summary

All In Energy in Merrimack Valley seeks a fully bilingual Spanish-English Account Associate to help families access energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. The role is the primary contact for Merrimack Valley residents navigating Mass Save, Merrimack Valley Renew, Energy Saver Home Loan, and income-qualified options.

You will support customers through every step of their energy journey, document interactions in Salesforce, and coordinate with Home Performance Contractors and partners to

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or communications/outreach.
• 1–2 years of experience in account/case management or program coordination.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Experience with CRM systems or database management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in diverse, multicultural environments and commitment to equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active customer cases through the Renew program lifecycle.
• Proactively call customers to advance them through their service journey.
• Help customers navigate multiple program pathways based on eligibility and goals.
• Perform Energy Bill Check-Ups to identify opportunities to reduce bills.
• Document customer interactions and maintain case records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Customer Action Manager to optimize the customer experience.
